The 14th stage of the eighth season has ended World Poker Tourheld in San Jose (California), at the casino Bay 101. Mclean karr became the winner of the main event Bay 101 shooting stars with an entry fee of $10'000. The tournament was attended by 323 players, and the prize pool amounted to more than $3 million, of which $878'500 went to the champion.
Karr knocked out players like Erik Seidel, Greg Mueller and John Cernuto, knocking out which, any player received $5'000 bonus.
