Kiev, in the hotel "Rus", yesterday ended the main event of the first stage Russian Poker Tour 2011... Each of the 232 participants paid an entry fee of $2'500, which is more than the guaranteed prize pool of $400'000. When there were three players at the final table, they agreed to a split. Only then did they continue to play for an insignificant amount, but at the same time for the champion title RPT Kiev 2011which eventually won Alexey Kovalchuk... Let's mark the second place 
Dmitry Klemeshev, which makes it to the RPT final table for the second time. Last March, all in the same Kiev, he took third place.
When the heads-up started, the players had approximately equal stacks - 3.5 million in chips each.
Alexey caught a straight from the flop, and Dmitry paid Kovalchuk, not believing, and lost a big pot of 1.5 million.
