Jonathan Duhamel becomes 2010 WSOP champion

On July 18th, the entire poker community, and not only it, learned the names of the nine finalists of the main tournament World Series of Poker 2010 with buy-in $10’000... And only today, at 22:30 Moscow time, the game, the so-called November nine, will be resumed. The winner, in addition to fame, will receive prize money $8’944’138... Chip Leader - Jonathan Duhamel.

Each of the players has already received $811'823 - the prize money for the ninth place. The tournament was attended by 7'319 players, 747 of whom were in the prizes. The total prize fund of the tournament was $68'799'059.

Play is paused and will only resume on November 9th, when the two players head-up for the 41st World Series of Poker title. I will play in it, the table chip leader throughout the final table, but with a more impressive lead over my opponent Jonathan Duhamel with 188,950,000 in chips. For the first time a Canadian wins a bracelet to World Series Of Poker champions - Jonathan Duhamel, who signed a sponsorship contract with PokerStars before the final, which means that soon it will be possible to play with him at one of the virtual tables of this poker room.
