In Lithuania, poker is recognized as an official sport, and also created Sports Poker Federation (LSPF) led by Andrius Tapinas... Already next week, LSPF will announce the official tournament program for the coming year. It is also known that the first tournament will be held on April 24-26 in Vilnius, which, according to the organizers, will become the largest poker tournament in the Baltics.
It is worth noting that Andrius took fourth place at the Unibet Open Prague 2009, 15th at the PokerStars Baltic Festival 2009, 494th at the 2006 WSOP, which were covered by Lithuanian publications on the front pages.
