Popular European electronic payment system Moneybokers for a very long time did not allow users from 
Ukraine. There was no official explanation of the reasons for this decision. And now, since May 29, 2008, Ukrainians can officially successfully register a wallet with Moneybokers and start making payments.
American competitor Paypal outstripped the European payment system by almost a year and a half, having started working with Ukrainians at the end of 2006.
