Recall that in the last series - WSOP 2014, a German professional from George Danzer won three bracelets, which was achieved by only five players - Puggy Pearson, Ted Forrest, Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey and Jeff Lisandro. There are few tournaments left, but Hastings has a chance to join this list.

Interestingly, he has no hits in other tournaments of this series - only two first places, unlike the German, who got into the prizes ten times last year.

By the way, there was an unpleasant hype before the WSOP. David "DMBakes" Baker, right after SCOOP, started accusing on Twitter and on the forums that Brian Hastings was playing with two accounts in one of the poker rooms. However, there is no official confirmation of this yet.
