Qualifications for the annual tournament held Pokerstars — World Cup of Poker (WCP) start today. The WCP is a team poker tournament where the national team of the country is the team. The teams that overcome the online qualifying tournaments get into the final part, and it, in turn, will take place within PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) 2013 at Bahamas.
The qualifiers will be held in two stages. In the first stage, 72 countries are divided into 8 groups of 9 teams each. 11, 12, 18 and 19 August buy-in tournaments $2.1 in heads-up format (for each player knocked out - bonus $1). The result of a team in each tournament is equal to the highest win of one of its representatives. The team that takes the first place following the results of four tournaments gets into the final part.

Group 7: (14:00) Afghanistan, Georgia, Lebanon, New Zealand, Taiwan Uzbekistan, Philippines, South Korea, Japan.
Group 8: (15:00) Australia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, China, Malaysia, Singapore and other countries.

In the second stage - August, 26th, the teams that made it to the final stage will determine the best 4 playerswho will travel to the Bahamas to represent their country.
