Online poker banned in Washington state

Washington state legislators have passed legislation to ban online poker in their state. Moreover, online poker has been equated with criminal offenses. Because of this, the maximum punishment is 10 years in prison!

The "cute" law will take effect June 7, 2006 and will be extended to Washington state. USA.
