Main event of the series World Championship of Online Poker<\/strong> completes a series of 33 online poker tournaments. On WCOOP 2008<\/strong> more than $35'000'000 prize money was awarded. More than 12'000 participants tried their hand in the series.<\/p>\n

The main event of the series had an entry fee of $5'200. In the tournament No Limit Holdem<\/strong> 2185 poker professionals took part. According to the rules of the online poker tournament, the tournament was held in two days. After the first playing day, 60 players remained in the tournament. The leader was august35<\/em>who was able to break away from his closest pursuer Cobra234<\/em> more than a million in chip counts.<\/p>\n

The hurricane pace of the game on the second day of the competition led to the fact that during the first 20 minutes of the game, 10 players left the tournament. After the first hour of playing at the virtual tables, only 32 players remained. Day 1 Chip Leader august35<\/em> dropped out of the competition in a modest 23rd place.<\/p>\n
