For three days (March 4-6) in \"\" All the titans of poker have gathered in Las Vegas - Phil Ivey, Phil Hellmuth (last year's champion), Johnny Chan, Chris Ferguson, Barry Greenstein, Daniel Negreanu, Doyle Brunson, TJ Cloutier, Greg Raymer, Mike Caro ...<\/p>\n

In total, there are 64 real professionals who came to take part in National Heads-Up Championship 2006<\/strong>... The prize fund of the tournament is $ 1.5 million.<\/p>\n

All participants were seeded randomly on the tournament grid. Each pair plays at a separate table. When the two best players remain, they will play to two victories - this is how the champion who will receive the main prize - 500'000$ - will be determined.<\/p>\n

Became the champion Ted forrest<\/strong>who won 500'000$. For second place Chris ferguson<\/strong> receives 250'000$. Sean sheiky<\/strong> and Huck seed<\/strong> received 125'000$ each. Players who took 5-8 places - 75'000$ each. And consolation prizes for 9-16 places - 25'000$ each.<\/p>\n
